About MCCA Trinity Glen Womens Program
Trinity Glen Women's Program in Kent, Connecticut, is an ASAM certified (level 3.3) residential treatment facility offering comprehensive support for women with chronic substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Operated by the Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism, Inc. (MCCA), the 11-bed facility provides a structured, therapeutic environment in semi-private dormitories with spacious living and meeting areas. The program aims to enhance an individual’s sense of responsibility while promoting community engagement for successful re-entry into society.
The program provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and group support, along with individual and group counseling, recreational therapy, self-help meetings, and continuing care planning. The professional staff includes medical teams, counselors, recovery coaches, service coordinators, and aftercare support teams.
