Alta Mira offers medical detox, a family program, a 90-day comprehensive program, a 30-day core program, and life-long continuing care. Alta Mira uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), experiential therapy, and trauma-focused therapies. Client's receive 2 individual therapy sessions each week, plus daily group sessions. A 4-day family program welcomes family members for intensive healing.
